I have spent some efforts in building this website to better communicate with my clients and handle the closing documents more efficiently.

My Properties is the restricted area of this site. It contains a personal calendar that I share with you. I enter in this calendar the scheduled visits as well as all the steps of the Real Estate transaction: Contract date, Contingencies removal, closing etc.
There is also a repository of documents that helps to manage the documents during the purchasing or selling process and provides an archive for when the transaction is completed.
In addition, this site allows online signing and editing of pdf documents. This saves a lot of time and office supplies. I invite you to register and try this tool right now.
And finally there is a page where I save the contact info of all the players in the Real Estate transaction: Seller, Lender, Escrow Officer etc.
